How far in advance do I need to book?
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for all reservations to ensure availability and proper scheduling. For peak seasons (weddings, prom, holidays), we recommend booking earlier.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to hold your reservation. The balance must be paid in full before the date of service.​

Can I make last-minute changes to my reservation?
We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, adjustments made less than 48 hours before service may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Are food and drinks allowed on the limousine or party bus?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and beverages. Alcohol is permitted for passengers 21 and older. We ask that you enjoy responsibly and help keep the vehicle clean.

Do you provide decorations for special events?
We do not provide decorations, but you are welcome to bring your own as long as they do not cause damage to the vehicle.

Payment is required prior to the start of service.

Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. A signed service contract is required to confirm and secure your booking. This helps protect both you and our company by outlining all agreed-upon details.

Are gratuities included in the price?
Gratuity for your professional chauffeur is included in the total price. However, you are welcome to tip your driver. A recommended gratuity is generally 15–20% of the total fare.

How do I book?
After submitting a quote Click Ready to Book and complete the requested information form. Once you have completed your form you will receive your reservation contract. The contract must be signed as you must verify your identity. Or simply call us at 1-800-901-2643 to begin your reservation. Once we confirm availability, we’ll provide your contract and payment details to finalize the booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
All Deposits /Payments are Non refundable.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Please note that deposits/payments are non-refundable, and cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in additional charges.
