 This form allows us to review your trip details, miles, dates, times, and vehicle needs so we can provide an accurate guestimate before any fees are required.

When do I pay a processing fee?

After you receive your final quote and choose to reserve a vehicle. The processing fee is collected at booking.

Does the processing fee secure my reservation?

No. The processing fee starts the coordination process only.
 To officially reserve a vehicle, you must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Processing fees are non-refundable. They cover administrative time and reservation handling.

Is your service charged per hour or per person?

We charge per hour.
 Sedans/SUVs/vans: 2-hour minimum.
 Other vehicles: 3-hour minimum (6 hours for Prom & New Year’s season).
